(U) This cable responds to the action request in reftel requesting human rights vetting for the candidates nominated to attend to attend Combating Illicit Trafficking In Nuclear and Radioactive Materials in Tirana, Albania from 11/2/2009 to 11/5/2009. ¶2. (U) The Department of State has vetted the individuals listed in reftel and possesses no credible derogatory information as of 10/16/2009.
