UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
¶1. (SBU) POLEC officers delivered REFTEL points to Antonia
Aleksieva at the MFA concerning the upcoming 64th UNGA (United
Nations General Assembly) General Debate and requested information
regarding Bulgarian participation. Aleksieva regretted that a final
list of attendees and the details of their stay in New York is not
yet available. However, POLEC does anticipate that the following
will be in attendance.
¶2. (SBU) Post will continue to engage MFA contacts and send updates
as more information becomes available.
