(SBU) We delivered above reftels to MFA's Western Balkans
Office Director Krassimir Tulechki on June 1. Tulechki said
Bulgaria supports Kosovo's inclusion in regional
organizations. He said he had no information on why
Montenegro did not invite the President of Kosovo Fatmir
Sejdiu to attend the "Corridors of Culture" Forum. He would
pass reftel A points his superiors. Tulechki said he would
deliver reftel B points to the delegation members who are
departing for Chisinau tomorrow. He told us that each
delegation would be sending the Moldovans a letter regarding
the importance of all Regional Cooperation Council (RCC)
board members to participate in all RCC events.
