(C) POLOFF conveyed refel points to Julija Bogatinovo of the
MFA's Office of Security Cooperation. She said Macedonia
strongly supported IAEA and U.S. policy on nuclear
proliferation and indicated that Macedonia would follow the
U.S. lead on any policy of engagement or pressure we chose to
pursue in dealing with Iran. Bogatinovo said she would pass
along the message to Macedonia's IAEA representative and
inform him to expect further details soon.
