STATE 68590 ¶B. SINGAPORE 723 ¶1. Singapore plans to send three ministerial-level delegations to the 64th UN General Assembly in New York. One will be led by Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo, who will be present for the General Debate. The others will be led by Senior Minister S. Jayakumar and Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Yaacob Ibrahim. Neither of those delegations will be present for the General Debate. Professor Jayakumar's spouse will also travel to New York; no other delegate spouses will do so. Details of the three delegations follow. ¶2.
