(SBU) In response to reftel points, MFA Assistant Director in
the International Organizations Directorate Sharon SEAH
Li-Lian told Econoff that Singapore is supportive of the U.S.
proposal to conduct open and frank discussions on a nuclear
fuel bank during the International Atomic Energy Agency
(IAEA) Board of Governors (BOG) meeting June 15-18. However,
Singapore is not a member of the IAEA BOG.
