Singapore does not anticipate submitting a vote on Kosovo's
application to join the World Bank (reftel). Frederick Choo, Head
of International Relations for the Ministry of Finance, told Econoff
that although the Ministry was still developing its position, he
expected the GOS would choose not to submit a vote of any kind for
Kosovo's membership. Singapore also did not vote on Kosovo's
application for IMF membership.
