(SBU) On October 20, Econoff delivered letter and proposal in
reftel demarche to Director Lee Jae-wan, Humanitarian
Assistance Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Trade (MOFAT). Director Lee conveyed the ROKG's continued
interest in food security, expressed appreciation for the
USG's proposal and confirmed he would deliver the Secretary's
letter without delay.
