(U) On September 11, Econoff delivered invitation and draft
statement in reftel demarche to Director Lee Jae-wan and
Deputy Director Song Hey-young, Humanitarian Assistance
Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade
(MOFAT). Director Lee thanked us for the invitation and
replied that he would transmit the message. Post will
follow-up with MOFAT Humanitarian Assistance Division and
will report any updates.
