(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Yoon Seong-Mi,
from the United Nations Division of the South Korean Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT) on 27 July. Yoon
replied that she did not anticipate the list of South Korean
attendees to the 64th UNGA General Debate would be finalized
until early September. In an August 6 telcon, Yoon confirmed
that the ROKG had no further information on the delegation at
this time. Post will follow up with MOFAT UN Division and
report any updates.
