(SBU) In coordination with Dr. Dmitiri Iordanidi, First Political Secretary at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, we delivered Ref A and Ref B demarches to Nijaz Cardaklija, Counsellor in the Peace and Security Division of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Multilateral Affairs Department. Mr. Cardaklija was not yet able to tell us whether or not the GoBiH will be sending a delegation to the Global Initiative Meetings in Seoul, Korea from April 14-16 or provide comment on the proposed agenda for the Exerecise Planning Group. We urged Mr. Cardaklija to provide us with further information as soon as possible and will report on any such responses septel. CEFKIN
