¶1. (SBU) Per reftel A, post demarched Amb. Milenko Misic, BiH
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director of the Department for
Human Rights on October 1 regarding the U.S. position on
UNHRC discussion of the Goldstone report. Misic had no
substantive comment in response to the demarche, but
informally reiterated his observation of the Bosnian tendency
to join EU consensus positions as they emerge.
¶2. (SBU) Post will provide further response from Bosnian MFA
as it becomes available.
