On September 11 we conveyed reftel points regarding the Human
Rights Council (HRC)'s upcoming session to Branimir Mandic,
an Assistant Minister in charge of the Multilateral Affairs
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mandic said
that his government was still formulating a position on the
resolutions that will be discussed at the session. He was
certain, however, that it would be in line with the EU's
position and would take into account Bosnia's bid for non
permanent member of the UN Security Council.
