1. POLCHIEF delivered Reftel talking points on DPRK entities
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Deputy Foreign Minister
Jose Manuel Trullols replied that the demarche "has legal
considerations" and that he would pass it to the Foreign
Ministry's legal advisor, who would give a recommendation to
the Foreign Minister. We will report any subsequent
Dominican response.
