The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) Office at Post
formally delivered the information contained in Reftel to
INAZUCAR, the Dominican Republic's sugar authority, on 10/14.
On 10/29, FAS received written confirmation that the
Dominican Republic intends to export the full amount of its
185,335 MTRV (metric tons raw value) sugar quota.
