Llanos, head of the Foreign Ministry's Office on United Nations
Affairs. Llanos said that it was "doubtful" that President
Bachelet or Foreign Minister Fernandez would agree to meet with the
Kosovo representatives in New York. Bachelet and Fernandez will be
in New York for a short time and their schedules are already very
full, Llanos explained. In addition, Chile's decision to not/not
recognize Kosovo is a firm one and is unlikely to change, he added.
