On July 7, EPoloff delivered nonpaper and points in refs to
Ambassador Alfredo Labbe and members of the Office of International
Security at the Ministry of Foreign Relations. Ambassador Labbe
assured EPoloff that he would share the information with appropriate
authorities and that Chile would fully implement the measures
outlined in UNSCR 1874. Post will advise the Department of any
additional substantive responses.
