Per STATE 28885, this cable provides information on Chile's budget and U.S. foreign assistance. ¶2. The government of Chile is expected to receive U.S foreign assistance using FY09 funds. Yes, Chile's budget is publicly available. Yes, incomes and expenditures are included in the publicly available budget. ¶3. Post's assessment is that Chile's publicly available budget accurately reflects actual government incomes and expenditures.
