(C) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Multilateral Affairs Officers Felix Ulloa and Egriselda Gonzalez on August 11. Gonzalez said the MFA has not yet decided its vote for UNESCO Director General, but that it is leaning toward support for the Ecuadoran candidate, with whom Foreign Minister Hugo Martinez recently met. ¶2.
