Amaya told us that he expected the GOES would support the candidacy, especially since there are three candidates for three available slots. Embassy delivered the HRC Pledge and declaration of candidacy to the MFA via diplomatic note April 17. Amaya said the MFA would draft an official response to the diplomatic note on this issue within the coming week. BLAU
