(U) Costa Rican Foreign Minister Bruno Stagno will not be
able to attend the UNGA Food Security event on September 26.
However, the MFA confirmed that Costa Rica's Ambassador and
Permanent Representative to the UN, Jorge Urbina, will attend
this event.
