to be lifting. According to community members, the family of
December 11 murder victim Moshe Nahari (ref C) received their
passports on April 1. Hayem Yaeesh al-Qudaimi informed the
embassy on April 8 that an additional four members of the
community had received their passports on April 7 and the
remainder were expected to receive their passports on April
12 or 13.
