On July 15, Poloff conveyed reftel demarche to Ambassador
Abdul Kareem al-Muhaqri, Chief of the MFA's Europe
Department. Muhaqri said the ROYG was pleased by the results
of the U.S.-Russia Presidential Summit, as improved relations
between the United States and Russia will enhance global
stability, and promised to relay any further substantive
response in the future.
