Pierfrancesco De Cerchio of the Italian MFA office which
handles Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) matters. De
Cerchio said it was too early to confirm Italian
participation at the MTCR Plenary in Rio. He advised that we
follow-up on this matter late in September for an up-date on
Italian participation.
