1. Mission Italy consists of Embassy Rome and Consulates General in
Milan, Naples and Florence. Embassy Rome Coordinator is Visa Chief
Hugo Rodriguez; the Milan Coordinator is Consul William Gill.
Naples Visas Viper Coordinator is Vice Consul Daniela DiPierro and
the Coordinator for Florence is Consul John Larrea.


2. Florence Visas Viper Coordinator John Larrea chaired Florence's
meeting on June 25; all attendees were from the Department of State.
No new names were submitted through State channels and there were no
outstanding questions or comments regarding the Visas Viper
program.


3. Milan held its June Visas Viper meeting on July 1 and was chaired
by Milan CG Perez. Representatives from EXEC, MGMT, GSO, RSO, DEA,
LEGATT, MSG and POL/ECON were in attendance. No new names were
submitted and there were no outstanding questions or comments raised
regarding the Visas Viper program.


4. On June 23, Naples CG Patrick Truhn chaired their Visas Viper
meeting; all attendees were from DoS. No new names were submitted
through State channels and there were no outstanding questions or
comments.

5., A/DCM Barbara Leaf chaired Rome's June Visa Viper meeting on
July 1. Representatives from POL, ECON, RSO, FO, LEGATT, DEA and
other agencies attended. No new names were submitted through State
channels and there were no outstanding questions or comments
regarding the Visas Viper program
