(U) Pol/Econ Off delivered reftel demarche to Dana Rudaka, Deputy
head of the Latvian MFA's Asia, Africa and Oceania Division. Rudaka
said that Latvia will review the US questions and recommendations to
North Korea and hopes that the periodic review will lead to progress
on North Korea. Agnese Vilde will represent Latvia at the December
7th Universal Periodic Review session.
