In response to reftel, EMBASSY Rangoon designates Jennifer
Harhigh as Terrorism Finance Coordination Officer (TFCO) and
Samantha Carl-Yoder as Deputy TFCO to coordinate and engage
with host governments on terrorism finance issues. On August
1, 2009 the responsibilities of Deputy TFCO will transfer to
Marc Porter. Contact details follow.
