attendance, but this could change.

For all of the above, travel arrangements do not yet exist.
Spouses are unlikely. Post will update as information is
received. All attendees speak English, but French translation
would be appreciated. Translation into French should be
anticipated in the event of a meeting with the Arab Maghreb
Union Ministers, as has occurred in the past.
