1. (U) The central government of the Kingdom of Morocco is
expected to receive U.S. foreign assistance funded by FY 2009
funds, including Foreign Military Financing, International
Military Education Training, and technical assistance funded
by the Middle East Partnership Initiative and USAID.
2. (SBU) Morocco's budget is publicly available in print
copy and on-line at the web site of the Ministry of Economy
and Finance. The budget includes detailed information on
revenues and expenditures. Post assesses that the published
budget figures are an accurate representation of Morocco's
income and expenditures.
