¶1. (SBU) We delivered reftel demarche on July 8 to Finance
Ministry Financial Analytical Unit (FAU) Director Milan Cicer
and on July 9 to MFA UN Department Official David Frous.
Cicer replied that the FAU welcomes U.S. efforts to
meaningfully review the first two tranches of the UN 1267
Consolidated List. Neither Cicer nor Frous has any
additional information or comments about the entities and
individuals proposed for delisting.
