(C) POLITICAL Officer delivered the reftel non-paper to Petr
Chalupecky, the MFA's Deputy Director of Security Policy, on
March 27. Chalupecky appreciated receiving the non-paper and
said that he would share the non-paper with his colleagues at
the MOD and the MFA. However, he did not provide any direct
feedback on the paper's content. Separately, the Embassy's
Defense Attache delivered the reftel points to Simona
Altschulova, the Chief of the International RELATIONS Branch
in the MOD,s Policy and Strategy Division on March 27. She
stated that she will share the non-paper with her colleagues
throughout the ministry.
