(C) Political officer delivered the reftel demarche to Mr.
David Masek, the MFA's Deputy Non-Proliferation Director, on
March 24. Masek appreciated the invitation. He told us that,
due to commitments during the EU presidency and other demands
on the MFA, the Czech Republic will not be able to send
representatives to the April 14-15 Global Initiative Workshop
and the April 16 Exercise Planning Group meeting.
