Attendance during the General Debate is undecided. --His spouse, Local Government Minister Hazel Manning, has not decided if she will accompany her husband. --No interpretation is necessary. ¶C. (SBU) Attendance of the Foreign Minister: --Minister of Foreign Affairs Paula Gopee-Scoon --Arrival September 22 or 23 (coming from a stop in Washington, DC).
