Mauritian Ambassador Patrice Cure, Head of the Multilateral
Division in the MFA. Cure responded that on the one hand
that Mauritius has the right to develop nuclear energy. On
the other, he said, if the IAEA has found Iranian violations
of its treaty obligations, those need to be addressed.
Despite reftel points, Cure said the issue is not a central
one for Mauritius.
