On June 1, Post delivered reftel points (ref A) to Marie Angele
Thomas, Second Secretary and U.S. Desk Officer at Seychelles'
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Post followed up on June 2, and
Mrs. Thomas said that the points were passed on to the relevant
official, Mr. Ronald Jumeau, Ambassador and Permanent Representative
of the Seychelles to the UN, who still had not informed MFA if he
would vote. (COMMENT: Given Seychelles' low participation record in
international fora, Post does not expect them to cast a vote. END
