1. (SBU) Haiti's Ministry of Forein Affairs has provided the
names of the members f the Haitian delegation at the UNGA in
New York as noted below.


2. (SBU) Attendance of membersof Haitian Government:


A. Rene Preval, Presidentof the Republic of Haiti

-- Travel dates: 20-25September 2009, New York. He will
attend the Geeral Assembly.

-- Preval will not be accompanied by spouse or family.

-- The delegation is travelling with its own interpreters.


B. Michelle D. Pierre-Louis, Prime Minister, will not be
attending the UNGA.


C. Alrich Nicolas, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Haiti

-- Travel dates: 20-25 September 2009, New York. He will
attend the General Assembly.

-- Nicolas will not be accompanied by spouse or family.

-- The delegation is travelling with its own interpreters.


D. Other VIP participants are:

-- Elizabeth Delatour, Counselor to the President
-- Gabriel Verret, Counselor to the President
-- Raymond Lafontant, Counselor to the President
