This conference entitled Anti-Gang Workshop is sponsored by NAS Haiti, Jamaica and Dominican Republic and organized by the Community Empowerment and Transformation (COMET) and will be held in Miami, from May 05-07, 2009. Therefore the vetting process must be completed before May 1, which is a Haitian holiday. ¶4. No derogatory information on Inspector Orelien was found after our internal vetting and following the Consular Section's INK process as of April 15, 2009.
