Seaports; and 3. Vessels) - Maritime Terrorism Threats (3. Criminal and Terrorist Methods of Communication) ¶2. (S/NF) Post recommends removing Haiti as a country of interest for the following directives: - Critical Infrastructure. (Note: Haiti has no CI/KR that has direct impact on U.S national security beyond its strategic location in the Windward Passage. End note.) - Weapons of Mass Destruction (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear),Explosives, and Infectious Diseases (Note: Post has no evidence that the Haitian government is developing or has the capacity to develop these capabilities. End note.) ¶3. (S/NF) Post recommends adding Haiti as a country of interest to the following directives: - Transnational Criminal Activity (1.
