Poloff relayed USG concerns regarding the Durban Review
Conference draft outcome document (reftel) to MFA Director of
International Organization Affairs Azad Belfort February 19.
Belfort replied that the Haitian mission in Geneva had not
sought instructions regarding participation in the
Intersessional Intergovernmental Working Group. He said he
welcomed U.S. views on the draft outcome document and would
transmit our concerns to Haiti's mission in Geneva.
