security assistance training, the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has

"Criminal Investigation Training in Trafficking Cases" Course,

January 12-22, 2010 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The course is

sponsored by the United States Department of State, with instruction

provided by experts from The Asia Foundation and the Southeast Asia

Investigations into Social and Humanitarian Activities (SISHA)

organization.



6. Action request: Please verify whether the Department possesses

any credible information that the individuals named above have been

implicated in gross violations of human rights.
