1. (SBU) Per reftel, information on Cambodian high-level attendance
at UNGA is as follows:


A. Attendance of the Head of State
King Norodom Sihamoni does not plan to attend.


B. Attendance of Head of Government
Prime Minster Hun Sen does not plan to attend.


C. Attendance of Foreign Minister
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and
International Cooperation Hor Namhong plans to attend.

He arrives in New York on September 25 and departs New York
September 26.
He will be present for the General Debate on September 25-26.
Interpretation is not required.
