¶1. (U) Acting Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel demarche and
non-paper July 2 to Chhy Sokha, Deputy Director of General
Administration, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications
(MoPT). (NOTE: Mr. Chhy's department is responsible for
international cooperation within the MoPT. END NOTE.) He
was not aware of any Royal Government of Cambodia plans to
attend the upcoming Extraordinary Assembly of the
International Telecommunications Satellite Organization
(ITSO),but said that he would share the information with the
relevant authorities within the MoPT.
