To comply with the Leahy amendment relative to U.S. sponsored security assistance training, the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh has conducted local human rights vetting for the following individuals receiving U.S. Grant Assistance to the Explosive Harvesting Program under the Department of Defense Humanitarian Demining Research and Development Course from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010.
