(C) The GOF has no information responsive to our request for
data on individuals in connection with UNSC sanctions
relating to the DRC (ref A) and Liberia (ref B),Laurent
Bigot (MFA AF/W Deputy DAS-equivalent) and Laurent Chevallier
(MFA DRC desk officer) separately informed us on July 21.
They said that the GOF would provide any such information
that might come into its possession when we asked that we be
kept informed.
