¶1. (SBU) On December 2, Poloff shared the points in Reftel
with Bianca Doelahasori, a Desk Officer in International
Organizations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Poloff also
discussed the human rights concerns related to the resolution and
provided Doelahasori with a copy of the nonpaper referenced in
paragraph 4 of Reftel. Doelahasori responded that she would advise
the Permanent Secretary of the U.S. position on the resolution.
