(U) Per reftel, Post delivered demarche to Juliette Redman, Acting Chief of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Suriname (GOS). Post included the points for Latin American and Caribbean countries and for member countries of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in the demarche. ¶2. (U) Redman said she will forward the information to Foreign Affairs Minister Lygia Kraag-Keteldijk and Jane Aarland-Nanhu, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ¶3.
