¶1. (U) Pursuant to the Leahy Act and Foreign Assistance Act,
Post requests the Department's assistance in screening the
following candidate of the Surinamese Armed Forces, who has
been nominated for Signal Basic Officers Leadership Course
Phases I and II in Fort Gordon, GA. Post has no derogatory
information. The course is from June 29, 2009 through
October 5, 2009.
