DELISTING PROPOSAL

(SBU) On July 30, Pol/Mil Officer delivered reftel demarche
to Mr.Der Kogda, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Pol/Mil officer explained that
the United States does not have adequate information to
domestically designate the four individuals and one entity
listed in reftel and will therefore propose they be delisted
by the DRC Sanctions Committee on 24 August. Kogda said he
would share the information with the Burkinabe Mission in New
York.
