(SBU) On June 15, Pol/Mil Officer delivered reftel demarche
to Mr. Der Kogda, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Kogda said he would pass the

permament mission in New York, but had no further comment for
the time being.
