Mr. Der Kogda, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Pol/Mil officer shared the USG
Response to North Korean Taepo-Donc 2 launch and
delivered the President's Prague statement. Kogda said he
would share the information with the Burkinabe Mission in
New York.
